ICRC 11

I am way too late to post this.... :( ... Don't know hoe this skipped my mind though I had been visiting the ICR often ( Signs of agening ????? )

Anyways this is one of the superquick cards I have made. I am just posting the front angle card ....... Message inside too personal :D

The ICRC 11  was to make an Easel card with basic shapes and her's my take on it .....

Well the wording on the circle reads University of friendship, Love and Marraige :)..... and it goes to my hubby :)

Celebrate with Simplicity - 4

My Fourth and final card on the festive themes using Warli .....

I made a lot of cards using these themes. I kept the basic four designs and then interchanged the back grounds or the colors . Some I used on the envelopes, some on the cards .... I remembered Probability chapters :) ( I am glad I can use them practically :)

Simplicity - 2

My second post on simplicity :)

Again Warli :) .......................and a pinch of color to it ..... Madhubani designs are also something I love because of the use of bright colors in them.... They just set your mood ...... Bright and colorful .... I made the background with simple Black and White warli motifs and then added a small patch of handmade paper to it decorated it with bright Orange and Yellow patch work .............

Celebrate with Simplicity - 1

Crafty JC's challenge for this month themed Simplicity made my mind work amply.... Lots of ideas but something or else kept me busy ...

Finally I sat down to make a few cards with simplicity in mind ..... since the mood around is so festive I decided to work around the same.................. Celebrate with simplicity :).... 

I am too fond of the Warli paintings.. rather crazy ....... I personally feel those simple paintings are so much simple but elegant......... What say????

My Candy arrived :)

 Last week was quite hectic. First my lil one was down with viral and then me :) ..... How much I hate taking the medicines :( but thanks to Sudha whose timing to send my ICR candy was just perfect :)

This Is what I won ..................
